We provide ongoing customer service to teachers who purchase our lesson plans and DVDs. If your problem is not listed here, contact Paris Granville directly to explain your needs.

Can you help me with the DVD?

The DVDs that accompany our products should play in any DVD player bought after 2002. They will also play in a computer with DVD player software such as Media Center or Cyberlink Player. If you are still having trouble please contact Paris Granville who will find an alternative solution for you.

I lost or broke my DVD, Can I purchase another one?

If you purchased one of our curriculum units, we will replace your DVD for a cost of $6 that includes shipping and handling. Please contact Paris Granville to set up a replacement shipment.
