Customers may return products within 30 days of purchase for a refund minus shipping costs.
We ship all our orders via priority mail unless other service is requested. We can ship up to 6 units in a flat rate priority box for $12. This has consistently been the best option for our customers.

Can you help me with the DVD?
The DVDs that accompany our products should play in any DVD player bought after 2002. They will also play in a computer with DVD player software such as Media Center or Cyberlink Player. If you are still having trouble please contact Paris Granville who will find an alternative solution for you.
I lost or broke my DVD, Can I purchase another one?
If you purchased one of our curriculum units, we will replace your DVD for a cost of $6 that includes shipping and handling. Please contact Paris Granville to set up a replacement shipment.
